About Kiiwan

I can’t stand inefficiency.

When I saw how construction sites were managed on Excel — duplicate data, inconsistencies, and forgotten invoices due to shaky tracking — I didn’t last four months. I knew there had to be a better way.

I come from the field. With a background in Architecture and Civil Engineering, specializing in site management, I spent years in design offices and on-site — working on public works in both France and Germany.

I’ve lived the same struggles you do: makeshift site tracking, missed billing opportunities, and dashboards that take three days to produce.

What I’ve built on the ground:

  • In France: I deployed Airtable to manage Telecom sites — tracking thousands of utility poles, managing surveys, and planting permits. Everything was centralized, showing interdependencies, and accessible to the team in real-time.
  • In Germany: I designed Ninox databases (the European alternative to Airtable) for fiber optic projects — handling financial tracking, subcontractor agreements, and customer connection contracts. In a fast-paced environment where data changed daily, the system held up, providing full traceability for every user modification.

No-code expert since 2015. I started my first blog at 16. By 18, I was running a media site with 40,000 monthly page views. That’s where I discovered CRMs, marketing automation, and eventually, the power of no-code tools.

First Airtable. Then Ninox when “Made in Europe” was a requirement. Today, I also work with n8n, Make, Zapier, and Baserow — choosing the right tool for the specific job.

My specialty: Turning your construction processes into high-performing systems.

No over-engineered “black boxes.” Just simple tools that your teams will actually use. Built by someone who speaks your language and understands your constraints.
